ABOUT THE EVENT/
The 6th ABR + AR conference will happen in Vancouver, Canada, on July 7th and 8th, 2019.
We are proud to announce that over the past six years, five Arts-Based Research and Artistic Research conferences have taken place in five different cities:

2013: The 1stABR + AR conference, Barcelona, Spain.

2014: The 2ndABR + AR conference, Granada, Spain.

2015: The 3rdABR + AR conference, Porto, Portugal.

2016: The 4thABR + AR conference, Helsinki, Finland.

2018: The 5thABR + AR conference, Liverpool, United Kingdom.
The 6th ABR + AR conference will happen in Vancouver, Canada, on July 7th and 8th, 2019.
The participatory and conversational format of the conference will give the attendees the opportunity to have open interactions and discussions during all panel presentations.

The 6thABR + AR conference is organized by the Department of Curriculum and Pedagogy at the University of British Columbia in collaboration with University of Granada.
The 6th ABR + AR conference is a pre-conference to the InSEA 2019 World Congress. (The InSEA 2019 World Congress will happen at the University of British Columbia from July 9thto 13th.)

Conference is scheduled for July 7th and 8th, 2019
The registration timeis scheduled from 8:15 to 9 am, in the lobby of the Neville Scarfe Education Building, 2125 Main Mall, UBC. Please make sure that you arrive in time for this process.
-July 7th:Panel presentations are scheduled from 9 am to 6 pm.
-July 8th:Panel presentations are scheduled from 9 am to 5 pm.
-Hatch Gallery Tour: July 8th- 5 to 6 pm.
